Key Responsibilities
- Reset and wipe iPhones to prepare them for redeployment
- Use tools such as Intune, Apple Business Manager, and iTunes to manage and configure mobile devices
- Assist with inventory management and reassignment of company phones
- Reimage new laptops and prepare them for deployment to employees
- Provide general support to the IT team as needed
- Interest in Information Technology or a related field
- Comfortable working with computers, laptops, and mobile devices
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Reliable and able to follow instructions
