ProQual Landscaping is looking to hire a full-time Enhancement Crew Member. If you have a true passion for creating beautiful spaces, and are a motivated team player looking for a career, we invite you to come and grow with us!
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks related to landscape enhancement which include installation of hardscape, turf, shrubs, and trees, as well as completing basic irrigation and drainage tasks, and other duties as assigned
- Must be able to take direction and support others in a positive and patient manner
- Ensure proper procedures, processes, and quality of work are followed and achieved
- Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work
- Safe use of diverse landscape tools and equipment such as jackhammers, skid steers, compactors, trencher, blowers, hedge trimmers, mowers, weed trimmers, etc.
- Maintain a clean and orderly job site including the office, yard, and company vehicles
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Follow job site and vehicle safety procedures
- Active Driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience
