The Role
We are looking for an outgoing, bilingual (Spanish/English) rockstar to be the face of our clinic. You’ll be the first person patients see and the voice they hear on the phone. This is a hybrid role where you’ll balance front-desk magic with hands-on patient care support.
Don’t have chiropractic experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive on-site training. We will even pay for your formal education and certification to become a Certified Chiropractic Assistant.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Connection: Greeting patients with a smile and managing phone lines fluently in both English and Spanish.
The Details: Handling data entry, scheduling appointments, and keeping patient records organized.
Patient Care: Assisting the doctor with patient flow and eventually performing clinical tasks once you are certified.
Office Flow: Helping keep the clinic running smoothly, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.

Fully Bilingual: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
