SPENGA is the first studio of its kind to put equal focus on Cardio-Strength-Flexibility all in one 60 minute workout. Join the SPENGA Crew today! The Hours are Monday 3:00 pm-8:00pm, Tuesday 4:30am-9:30am, Wednesday 3pm- 7:0pm, Thursday 4:30 am- 9:30am and Saturdays 7am -12:30pm. More hours are available. We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, eager to learn person that is able to handle a fast paced environment. Pay is hourly plus commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests
  • Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests
  • Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
  • Sell memberships and retail
  • Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
  • As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
  • Maintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times
