The Senior Program Manager, Major & Enterprise Accounts is responsible for leading complex, multi-workstream programs for high-value client This role serves as the primary strategic partner to enterprise customers who have a franchisee business model —overseeing delivery, driving business outcomes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing long-term account health. This person works cross-functionally with engineering, service delivery, customer success, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful execution of services and solutions.Key Responsibilities Client & Program Leadership • Act as the senior delivery lead for one or more major enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact for program execution. • Build strong, trusted executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders. • Lead customer program governance, including executive business reviews, steering committee meetings, and strategic planning sessions. • Translate client business goals into actionable delivery roadmaps and program plans.Program Execution & Delivery • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase technology programs. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program scope, timelines, and quality expectations. • Manage dependencies, risks, escalations, and overall program health. • Drive continuous improvement across program delivery and customer-facing processes.Account Growth & Strategy • Identify account expansion opportunities through program insights and customer business needs. • Partner with internal teams to propose and scope follow-on work. • Responsible for account planning, quarterly strategy reviews, and long-term relationship development.Financial & Contract Management • Own the program budget, forecasts, resource planning, and financial performance. • Ensure programs are delivered on-time, within budget, and aligned to contractual obligations. • Monitor and report on revenue, margin, and cost optimization opportunities.Leadership & Communication • Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, analysts, and cross-functional team members. • Deliver clear, concise communication to both internal and external senior stakeholders. • Maintain a high standard of documentation, reporting, and program governance.Required Qualifications • 7–10 years of program or project management experience in technology or professional services. • Strong experience managing enterprise-scale customers/major account with franchisee model • Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders. • Experience with program financials, forecasting, and contract management. • Expertise with delivery methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and escalation-management skills.Preferred Qualifications • Background in SaaS, cloud, MSP, IT services, or enterprise technology. • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or similar certification. • Experience with enterprise transformation or large-scale deployment programs. • Experience managing offshore and/or distributed teams.Success Metrics • Customer satisfaction • Program delivery performance • Revenue retention and program profitability • Delivery quality and risk management • Customer account growth and long-term relationship healthCompany DescriptionEncompassing over 45 years of corporate evolution, today's Spencer Technologies is the leading provider of end to end IT life cycle solutions for literally every type of major corporation in the retail market — from specialty stores and department stores to DIY and restaurants. Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
