Temporary POS Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for maintaining and shipping Point of Sale equipment to Spencer’s and Spirit stores. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required . • Keep the warehouse organized and inventory up to date.
• D iagnose, repair, and refurbish returned POS equipment .
• Prepare and ship equipment for replacements or break fixes as needed.
• Assist with confi guring, preparing, and shipping large amounts of equipment for Spirit reopening
• Receive and catalog all returned equipment.
• Assist with projects as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions
• Availability to work first shift, with overtime as needed, including occasional weekends
• Basic computer experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Experience operating a pallet jack (hand jack) preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in various areas of the facility as needed

• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
• Work environment may include exposure to dust, varying temperatures (heat and cold), and noise levels ranging from moderate to loud
  
  

The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

$18.00 per hour
