You will lead commercial strategy and business development for a breakthrough liquid biopsy platform that's transforming how we detect cancer early. This is your chance to build the commercial engine from the ground up and bring life-saving technology to patients globally.
What You'll Do
- Drive Commercial Strategy – Define go-to-market, pricing, and market access strategies for novel early cancer detection products
- Build Strategic Partnerships – Structure deals with pharma companies, health systems, and diagnostic partners to accelerate market adoption
- Secure Reimbursement – Lead payer engagement and coverage strategies, navigating CMS and commercial reimbursement pathways
- Scale the Business – Build and lead commercial, sales, and business development teams from start-up to scale
- Shape Product Direction – Partner with R&D and clinical teams to align product roadmap with market needs
Requirements
- 15 years in diagnostics, precision medicine, or life sciences with strong P&L leadership
- Proven success launching novel diagnostic products, ideally in oncology or liquid biopsy
- Deep expertise navigating diagnostic reimbursement and achieving payer coverage
- Track record structuring complex partnerships and commercial agreements
- Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial drive and passion for patient impact
