Seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney passionate about advocating for injured individuals and committed to securing justice and meaningful compensation for clients.
You will represent clients across a broad range of personal injury and tort matters, working closely with individuals and, at times, groups of affected parties. The position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated and impactful cases while playing a direct role in improving clients’ lives and protecting their long-term best interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate claims and develop case strategy from intake through resolution
- Work closely with clients to understand the full scope of damages and long-term impact
- Handle complex personal injury and tort matters, including product liability, negligence, environmental, and other claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct depositions
- Negotiate with opposing counsel and, in some cases, insurance carriers
- Provide aggressive, strategic advocacy in litigation, mediation, and trial
Key Qualifications
- 5-10 years of personal injury and/or civil litigation experience preferred
- Exemplary analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with others
- JD and bar admission
