What You'll Do

• Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and evaluate claims and defenses
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Handle discovery and motion practice
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials
• Counsel clients on litigation strategy and risk management
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional client outcomes

Qualifications

• Substantial litigation experience, including responsibility for sophisticated matters
• Experience handling cases through discovery, motion practice, and trial or other resolution
• Strong analytical, writing, advocacy, and communication skills
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Relationship-oriented approach to practicing law
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Juris Doctorate (JD)
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law
