What You'll Do
- Advise individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning strategies.
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents.
- Counsel clients on wealth preservation, business succession, charitable giving, and asset protection planning.
- Assist with trust and estate administration and probate matters as needed.
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Build lasting client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
What We're Looking For
- J.D. and bar admission.
- At least 5 years of experience in estate planning.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and client relationship skills.
- An accounting and/or tax background is a plus, but not required.
