Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians and mental health practitioners, fostering their professional development and clinical skills.

Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent credential.
- Proven experience in clinical supervision within a mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of art therapy modalities, psychopharmacology principles, and gender issues counseling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to culturally competent care and ethical practice standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
