Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians and mental health practitioners, fostering their professional development and clinical skills.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and client needs.
• Conduct regular case reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and ensure quality care.
• Facilitate ongoing training sessions on specialized topics such as art therapy techniques, psychopharmacology updates, and gender issues counseling to keep staff informed of current practices.
• Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with licensing board requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care efforts and promote holistic approaches to client wellness.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and identities.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and research in mental health treatment to incorporate innovative strategies into practice.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent credential.
• Proven experience in clinical supervision within a mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of art therapy modalities, psychopharmacology principles, and gender issues counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to culturally competent care and ethical practice standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
