What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Commissioning Analyst position at Spencer Ogden?
The Sr. Commissioning Analyst is assigned to projects and provides the department’s clients with high-quality project oversight, training support, and technical writing skills. Guidance and oversight will be provided for the development and/or revision of all operating procedures, alarm response procedures, required maintenance procedures, along with training needs and content, development of the training material and schedule, and presentation, affected by the assigned projects.
Job Description:
- Coordinate training for newly installed equipment with the client.
-Work with the client, project, and contractors/vendors to determine procedural and training needs.
- Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Vendors/Contractors.
- Support the project with design, reviews, troubleshooting, and other expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
-Experience developing and managing budgets, schedules, test plans or packages, technical/operation procedure creation, user training, quality plans, and/or other required documents for record.
-Planning and coordination between various groups such as operations, maintenance, and/or vendors for startup & commission activities, training activities, documentation activities, and/or procedure creation/reviews.
- Performing or understanding hydrostatic, pneumatic, and other mechanical testing and operation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience
- Associate's degree and 6 years of related experience
- High School Diploma/ GED and 8 years of related experience
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, mechanical testing, and exposure to Electrical Codes
Salary : $55 - $65
