We're partnering with a highly respected engineering consulting firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery and growth of municipal water and wastewater projects across Florida.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities, pump stations, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
- Drive business development efforts by preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and winning new work.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication from start to finish.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Provide technical leadership on complex engineering challenges and innovative infrastructure solutions.
- Represent the firm within industry organizations and support continued market growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida, or ability to obtain through reciprocity.
- 10 years of experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience as a seller-doer, combining technical excellence with successful business development.
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Experience managing project financials, proposals, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
