Job Description:
- Organize, implement, and maintain project scheduling management systems to support assigned projects and programs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, including task creation, status updates, and schedule reporting.
- Coordinate with project staff, stakeholders, superintendents, field engineers, and contractors to define scope, schedule work activities, and manage assignments.
- Analyze schedule performance, evaluate progress against baseline plans, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions or recovery plans for delayed activities.
- Perform critical path analysis and assess schedule constraints to determine impacts of project changes and identify alternative work sequences.
- Develop and update weekly schedules while supporting change management processes, procedures, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain periodic project status reports to provide management with accurate updates on schedule performance and project progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, cost engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure effective project execution and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or other PMI certifications are preferred but not required.
- PSP, CST, or other AACE International certifications are considered a plus.
- Knowledge of schedule quality best practices and standards related to Primavera P6 schedules is preferred.
- Familiarity with project gating procedures and stage-gate processes is beneficial.
- Previous experience supporting Gas Storage projects is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for schedule analysis, reporting, and data management.
