Contract: 6 Months (Potential for direct hire or extension)

Schedule: 40β50 hrs/week periodic travel (2β4 days/month)
Iβm supporting a major infrastructure/energy project and looking for an experienced Scheduler to join the team. This role is hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite in Raleigh, NC, and offers long-term growth potential.
π§ Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule substation-related maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Manage manpower, tools, and materials to support project schedules.
- Track work progress and adjust schedules to meet evolving deadlines.
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and project teams to ensure alignment.
- Ensure all scheduled work complies with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update scheduling tools and software.
- Reprioritize schedules for emergency work, outages, or critical tasks.
- Prepare schedule-related reports including delays and completions.
- Support budgeting activities by tracking resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for improving scheduling processes.
β Must-Have Qualifications
- 3 years of construction scheduling experience
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6; familiarity with Microsoft Project
- Understanding of U.S. construction practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel periodically to construction sites
- Interest in continuing a career path in scheduling
Preferred Experience:
- Electrical construction experience
- Substation or broader power industry exposure
- Experience with HVDC projects
- Protection & Controls (P&C) installation or oversight background
