Seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration upgrade project in Eugene, Oregon.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
- Manage subcontractors, daily activities, and project schedules.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration renovation work.
- Monitor project progress, deliveries, inspections, and onsite coordination.
- Maintain construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders through Procore.
- Ensure compliance with jobsite safety requirements and project specifications.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and project closeout documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Background overseeing subcontractors and managing construction schedules.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration systems.
- Experience with Procore and construction documentation preferred.
- Ability to travel between project sites as needed.
