Requirements
- open availability.
- At least 21 years of age.
- At least 2-year of experience in hospitality management or relevant
- management experience.
- Ability to work nights including weekends/holidays.
- Alcohol and wine knowledge a plus
- Ability to understand and work with a sense of urgency
Qualifications

- Must be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company approved uniform.

- Proficient in Word, Excel and Google Docs
- Walk or stand most of an 8-hour shift.
- Professional phone skills. Must be able to hear well with loud
- background noise, in order to answer telephone and respond to guest requests
- Must be able to calmly respond to unsatisfied guests and correct in a timely manner.
- Able to lift and carry supplies and bus tubs of up to 50 lbs. Up to 20 times per shift.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- ServSafe Certified is a plus
Job Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and support a positive, collaborative culture within the organization as a whole, fully embracing the culture and values statements espoused by Spencer Manor
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the business
- Assist in creating new strategies for growth and putting them into practice
- Assist in overseeing the budget and managing expenses
- Training new staff | Host, Servers, Bartenders
- Hiring and terminating employees
- Evaluating productivity and performance and implementing strategies for improvement
- Keeping reports of business and employee performance
- Coordinating several teams and communicating with guests
- Responsible for providing overall leadership over brand
- Recognizing, motivating, coaching and training all team members in order to achieve operational excellence
- Consistently demonstrate “How we work together” principles
- Maintain the highest possible level of guest service through training and follow up.
- Effectively resolve guest complaints
- Responsible for inventory controls | inventory counts
- Ensure cash control and security procedures are maintained
- Review and maintain financial controls and take action as necessary based on company targets
- Adhere to Local Health Department code and company safety/security policies & procedures
- Responsible for conducting performance reviews
- Ensure maintenance of equipment/facility/grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance plan based on corporate standards
