Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Residential Real Estate Agent based in San Jose, CA, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential properties while navigating the dynamic Bay Area real estate market. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property assessments, preparing contracts, networking with industry professionals, and guiding clients through real estate transactions to achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Residential Real Estate and knowledge of the local housing market
- Experience in Real Estate transactions and New Home Sales
- Proven Sales skills with a client-centric approach
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate software is a plus
