Title Processing Support Specialist (remote – work from home)
· Candidate needs to have experience in title processing, loan documentation, mortgage servicing or similar regulated documentation
· Performs centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production
· Communicate information and instructions to branch offices, limited to no interaction with customers
· Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
· Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
· Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with discretion
· Uses basic communication skills to address internal and external clients and or team members
· Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
· Performs all other duties as assigned by management
