Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
As a bartender, you ensure consistent drink quality by preparing hand-crafted cocktail orders in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with recipes and guidelines established by the Food and Beverage department. You will also maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast-paced environment, while providing superior guest service.
You are responsible for handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, complying with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures.
