What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician (BT) position at Spektrum Behavioral Interventions, LLC?
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavior Technician to provide support to families, monitor patient’s health, and assess their mental and behavioral status. The successful candidate will perform medical examinations, administer medications as required, and follow a detailed care plan. The right candidate will be passionate about quality care and attentive to the needs of patients in nursing homes.
Responsibilities:
- Observe a client's behavior in order to detect changes in their physical and emotional state.
- Interact with clients, family members, and other caretakers to learn about their emotional and behavioral responses to various situations.
- Intervene when needed to ensure the safety of both the client and other individuals involved.
- Prepare reports with medical information.
- Work as part of a team.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
