Summary
A Part-time, non-exempt position responsible for Accounting Clerk/Office Clerk duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
· Receive and Enter AP invoices in ERP system and handle all corresponding duties with AP
· Enter and schedule new orders
· Run backlog reports
· Receive PO’s and match with packing slips
· Liaison with corporate HR on employee requests, new hires, benefits, etc.
· Work with worker’s comp carrier as needed
· General office clerical duties
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing office setting preferred
- Previous ERP software experience preferred
- Previous manufacturing scheduling experience preferred
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and specifications, procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to successfully read and utilize various measuring devices such as micrometers, ruler and calipers.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to communicate technical information in layperson’s terminology.
Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Strong organization skills to successfully complete multiple tasks on time
