Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email inboxes, calendar scheduling, and daily priorities to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Filter, triage, and prioritize communications (emails, calls, messages) and delegate tasks as necessary.
- Research and synthesize information for strategic decision-making.
- Act as the primary liaison for all communications, streamlining decision-making and follow-ups.
Project and Task Management
- Oversee all personal and business projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Manage to-do lists, ensuring progress on long-term tasks that keep getting put off.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other third parties for efficient project completion.
Rental Properties & Real Estate Management
- Organize and streamline rental property operations, including lease agreements, tenant communications, maintenance, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve property management efficiency, leveraging technology and automation.
Business Management Support
- Assist with day-to-day operations of multiple businesses, ensuring smooth workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Track and follow up on delegated tasks and ensure accountability across teams.
- Create and maintain systems for recurring processes, such as billing, tracking expenses, and compliance management.
Lifestyle Management
- Arrange personal errands, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision and efficiency.
- Help establish better personal routines, including health and fitness schedules, meal planning, and family logistics.
- Ensure all personal commitments and goals are on track, such as rewards or incentives for family members.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in executive-level support, operations management, or a similar leadership role.

- Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace, ServiceTitan, Buildium, Monday.com, or similar platforms; ability to learn and optimize software systems quickly.
