Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing
- Upsell and cross-sell various products and services to customers with knowledge, enthusiasm and friendliness
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Learn and operate shipping software
- Learn and operate point-of-sale system and cash register
- Learn and maintain excellence in packaging customer merchandise for shipment
- Operate laser printing equipment as needed to assist customer print jobs
- Maintain an organized and welcoming storefront environment, performing cleaning tasks as directed
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer-facing sales preferred
- Attention to detail in following both verbal and written instructions
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Basic Windows OS proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. required
