What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Glass Technician position at Speedy Glass USA?
Experienced Auto Glass Technicians begin with a starting salary range of $26.00 to $32.00 per hour based on auto glass experience, with the opportunity to earn more with our bonus and incentive programs
On top of the salary and incentives... Right now, we are offering a $500.00 sign on bonus. You will receive $250.00 after 30 days and at 90 days you will get another $250.00.

We are looking to add experienced Auto Glass Technicians to our growing team at our Great Falls store
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years in an Auto Glass Technician role
- Ability to safely perform auto glass replacements following manufacturers specifications
- Ability to perform rock chip repair and learn how to repair long windshield cracks
- Ability to learn and perform ADAS recalibrations
- Ability to frequently lift 50 to 75 pounds, and bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record

Responsibilities of an Auto Glass Technician include but are not limited to:
- Repair, replace, and recalibrate auto glass through approved methods, tools and techniques
- Ensure equipment, materials, and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements
- Ship and receive inventory, examine received inventory for quality control
- Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
