Customer Service Representative

Customer Service (CSR) Duties:

• Client Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing information and assistance related to orders, shipments, and services.
• Order Processing: Assist customers with scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and handling order modifications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and discrepancies, working to resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met and encouraging repeat business.
• Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in company systems, including customer information, order details, and inventory records.
• Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, including shipping records, invoices, and customer files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordination: Assist in coordinating logistics operations, including communicating with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Reporting: Assist with generating reports related to customer service, order status, and office operations, providing insights to management.
