Market Description
Manages and directs workforce to achieve sales and profit goals.
Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.

Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to employees regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

Responsible for training, sales, customer service, expense management and operational excellence.
May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 7-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complex tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to head of a unit/department.
Qualifications:Internal Description
A General manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a business location. They have a sales centric mindset and are responsible for the growth of the business and its people. They have responsibility for customer relationships, product and service output that meets or exceeds the expectations of a customer, they mentor, develop and hold employees accountable and provide a good working environment where employees can reach their potential and be partners in the business location success. They are responsible for being a partner in the community, where they are involved in community programs, groups like the Chamber of Commerce, finding ways to tell the story of how we can bring value and support to businesses and individuals in the region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership for the Idaho Falls and Rigby location, including organization, planning, implementing, execution, and strategy to achieve EBITDA of 15% of higher.
- Own the full sales process for the location, from prospecting to customer satisfaction and retention to achieve center growth of 10% same store.
- Drive sales for Eastern Idaho Region
- Lead daily WIP meetings and partner with production process leader.
- Financial statement accountability.
- Track and keep WIP up to date.
- Conducts or coordinates training for sales and sales support employees.
- Liaison between executive and regional leadership team and location employees.
- Expert in all business functions.
- Ensure that all departments are working together, not blaming each other and fostering a strong relationship in supporting process, change management, communication efforts and delivery to customer expectations. Partner with Production leader to build a customer experience focus with all departments.
- Provide information to prospects and customers about the products and services the organization offers through all brand offerings.
- Is responsible for the sales process at the location from finding external sales to customer satisfaction and support
- Expected to build community relations in the city and surrounding areas of the business location. Building brand and community awareness with a sales centric focus will help build the business with new and continued sales.
- Involved in business development, which includes attending Chamber of Commerce and other community events, prospecting and ensuring sales technology is being used.
- Lead the location to reinforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure continuous improvement efforts are being communicated, trained and implemented, to support reducing waste, improve output, and driving cost efficiency.
- Responsible for and will work with organizational leaders to build a location marketing plan and evaluating ROI of marketing activities.
- Partner with production leader to manage labor expenses to achieve the location goal. The labor expense goal is 30% or less.
- Ensures and holds CSR’s, Sales Support and Sales team to daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- 800am-530 Monday through Friday – willing to do what it takes to ensure location is successful. This will require early mornings, after hours work and occasional weekends.
