We are currently hiring for positions on the front line as well in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety
- Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods
- Support sales efforts through suggestive selling techniques and promoting special menu items or promotions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés is advantageous
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
