Experienced Automotive Technician / Master Technician

Looking for experienced technicians who know how to properly diagnose vehicles, work efficiently, and take pride in doing the job right. This role is for someone who understands how a professional shop operates and can consistently produce solid work without cutting corners.
Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics using electrical systems, scan tools, and schematics
- Repair engines, transmissions, powertrain, suspension, and drivability issues
- Troubleshoot wiring, sensors, modules, and other electrical concerns
- Perform alignments, maintenance, and general repair work efficiently
- Handle repairs using proper documentation and workflow processes
- Communicate clearly with advisors, customers, and team members
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work habits
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of automotive repair experience
- ASE certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Reliable workflow and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs properly
Preferred:
- State Mechanic Certification
- OEM Certifications (GM, Ford, Chrysler, etc.)
- Electrical/driveability diagnostic experience
- ADAS calibration experience
- Diesel or welding experience
- Master Tech-level experience
