IT Support Technician (Level 1 / Level 2) - MSP

Northglenn, CO (On-Site - Not Remote)
$20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week

Must live within commuting distance of Northglenn, CO. No relocation assistance. No remote work.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Level 1 / Level 2 IT Support Technician to provide desktop support, helpdesk services, and on-site technical support for business clients. This role supports Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general network troubleshooting.

This is an in-office position with local field service visits during business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk and desktop support for business clients
  • Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, and basic network issues
  • Manage and respond to service tickets in a PSA/ticketing system
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support
  • Escalate advanced technical issues when needed
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
  • Deploy and configure workstations and user environments
  • Deliver professional, customer-focused support

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of MSP and/or Windows helpdesk IT support experience (REQUIRED)
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience working with a ticketing system or service desk
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)
  • Clean background and driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
  • Experience with RMM and PSA tools
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • IT certifications or technical coursework
