Speedway Subaru Volkswagen is growing and looking for an Express Lube Technician to join our busy service department.

As an Express Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance while learning from experienced technicians and gaining hands-on experience with Subaru, Volkswagen, and a variety of other vehicle makes and models.

Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Rotate and balance tires
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, batteries, and wiper blades
- Perform tire repairs and basic maintenance services
- Check and top off vehicle fluids
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow dealership safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous automotive maintenance or lube technician experience preferred, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and positive attitude
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Automotive school or ASE certifications are a plus
