Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cooperative Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that support childhood development milestones.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support children with special needs through early intervention strategies and individualized attention.
- Incorporate behavior management techniques to foster positive social interactions and emotional regulation.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor developmental progress.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's progress and address individual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's development and classroom activities.
- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and promote child welfare at all times.
- Participate in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, including literacy education, toddler care, and classroom management strategies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is required; private school experience is a plus.

- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring strategies.
