Duties
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly cleaning work areas, floors, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Support banquet and catering operations by ensuring all necessary items are cleaned and ready for service.
- Bus tables and assist servers in clearing dishes to maintain a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
