- Availability: Open availability required, including weekends on a rotating schedule
- Growth: Pay increases are tied to performance and certification milestones, including Assistant Manager certification (typically 3–6 months)
- Lead day-to-day shift execution: customer experience, speed, safety, and cleanliness
- Coach, train, and motivate teammates using clear expectations and feedback
- Drive membership and retail performance through great service and sales leadership
- Learn operational fundamentals: preventative maintenance, checklist routines, quality checks, basic KPI tracking, and labor awareness
- Resolve customer concerns and model exceptional customer service standards in a fast-moving environment
- Work outdoors and stay active while maintaining a professional, positive attitude
- Open availability including weekends; reliable attendance is a must
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and being on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Confidence taking ownership and leading by example
- Leadership/retail/service experience is a plus (not required—we train)
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work around moving vehicles
- Valid driver’s license
