The Production Assistant reports directly to the Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for finishing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the company’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

Functions

• Drive the printing and production of client projects
• Operate digital machinery; large-format printers, laminators, and cutters
• Hand table/finishing work to take projects from our machines to installation ready.
• Smaller graphic installations
• Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed projects
• Utilization of our Operating Software to organize our project flow.

• Drive to work consistently fast. You like to stay busy and get stuff done.
• Can work a full 8 hour day standing.
• Ability to lift and move 50lbs
• Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing (nice to have but not required)
• Desire and ability to absorb new skills and information.
• All candidates must have professional references, clean driving record, be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  
  

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
