Core Functions
- Translate customer requirements into design and specification for production & install
- Use Adobe Illustrator for creating design templates for vehicle wraps, trade show displays, banners, wall graphics etc.
- Use CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls , create estimates, work orders, billing
- Coordinate between customers, production and vendors.
- Responsible for the quality of all products.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality
- Update social media, newsletter to keep customer informed.
- Use of computers, spreadsheets and Artificial Intelligence software.
- 3 years of prior Customer Service experience
- 3 year of Graphic Design using Adobe Illustrator
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
