- Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective customers via phone, email, walk-ins, and in-person meetings
- Listen to customers’ needs and recommend creative visual communication solutions that help them achieve their goals
- Prepare estimates and work orders, with on-the-job training provided
- Coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through production and delivery
- Communicate with customers throughout the project to ensure expectations, timelines, and requirements are clearly understood
- Follow up with prospects and customers to help turn opportunities into long-term client relationships
- Provide customers with creative and design direction to help strengthen and maintain their brands
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
- Play an active role in the continued growth and success of SpeedPro South Jersey
- 2–3 years of customer service, sales, account management, administration or related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, professional, and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality work
- Interest in design, branding, marketing, signage, or visual communications is a plus
