The Customer Service and Design Associate reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating it to proofs for production execution, also helping to oversee and maintain the existing customer base. This is not web site or mobile app development UX role. Should know Adobe Illustrator. This role requires design of banners, wall murals, window graphics. - Handle customer requirements, and translate that into proofs and estimates.
- Communicate with customers about the progress.
- Ability to work with corporate customers (We do mostly Business to Business Sales)
- Create targeted marketing strategies, campaigns, and collateral to target core business prospects
- Utilize various digital marketing techniques to increase lead generation
- Maintain and update studio website as needed
- Make follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with end products and to drive further business opportunities
- Attend client meetings and networking events as needed (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment)
Other Required Skills:
- Ability to maintain a high level of engagement with a customer base
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and experience with graphic designs ( Working on Vehicle template is a plus )
- Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment
- A keen eye for visual design
Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess:
- 1 year of prior Adobe Illustrator 2018 and above hands on experience is a must.
- 1 years of prior customer service experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Driving License
- Living within 30-40 minutes of our Studio
