Duties

- Process customer requests such as order placements, account updates, or service cancellations with attention to detail
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions using data entry skills and update customer accounts in CRM systems
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing their needs and offering appropriate solutions or escalating complex cases to supervisors
- Practice excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service processes, and meet departmental goals

- Strong sales aptitude to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language a plus.

- Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred
