Job Summary
The Part-Time Receptionist will answer incoming calls, greet guests and applicants, and portray a professional image of the company to the general public.
Hours and Wages
- Monday-Friday, 11:00AM-4:00PM
- Starting wage: $20.00-23.50 per hour, based on experience
- The posted pay range reflects the compensation range for this position. Starting pay will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity. Employees are generally hired below the maximum of the range to allow room for future compensation growth as they gain experience, develop their skills and demonstrate increases proficiency in the role. Compensation increases are based on applicable company policies, performance and individual development

Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct all incoming calls to the correct department or individual
- Take messages for appropriate department or individual as needed
- Greet and assist visitors and applicants in a professional and friendly manner
- Open and close the front lobby
- Assist with customers at the walk-in counter
- Sort and file various paperwork for departments
- Light cleaning duties of the front lobby and office areas to keep a clean and neat appearance
- Update the phone directory as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous reception, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
