DIRECTV Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional DIRECTV Customer Service Representative to work directly in Havre de Grace, Maryland.

This is an in-person, customer-facing position. Your primary responsibility will be helping residents understand their DIRECTV service, answering questions, assisting with streaming and app setup, and making sure residents have a positive experience as new services are introduced into the community.

You do not need to be a DIRECTV expert. We are looking for someone who is great with people, comfortable with basic technology, patient, dependable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with DIRECTV questions and service information
• Help residents understand DIRECTV streaming, programming and features
• Assist with the DIRECTV app and basic device setup
• Demonstrate how to navigate and use the service
• Help residents who may not be comfortable with streaming technology
• Participate in community information sessions and resident events
• Follow up with residents who need additional assistance
• Coordinate more complex service or technical issues with the appropriate support team
• Provide friendly, patient and professional customer service

• Dependable and organized
• Able to communicate technical information in simple, easy-to-understand language
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, cable, telecommunications or technology experience is a plus
• DIRECTV experience is a plus but not required

Training will be provided.

Pay: $23.77 - $28.63 per hour
