Overview
We are seeking a dependable part-time cleaner to keep our laundromat clean, welcoming and ready for customers. The work should take approximately one hour per visit.
Responsibilities
- Sweep the laundromat daily
- Mop floors
- Wipe down washers, dryers, folding tables and other surfaces
- Empty trash as needed
- Clean up lint, detergent spills and other debris
- Keep the customer areas neat and orderly
- Report damaged, leaking or malfunctioning machines
- Notify management of supply shortages or facility problems
Qualifications
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Able to follow a consistent cleaning schedule
- Comfortable using basic cleaning supplies
- Able to lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation and communication
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately one hour per scheduled visit
