Car Sales Representative Bilingual Spanish Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in both languages to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options effectively.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, and develop a robust sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.
• Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting dealership sales targets.
• Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability aligns with customer demand.
• Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, and financing options to enhance customer value.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and streamline sales processes.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new clients.

Car Sales Representative Bilingual Spanish Qualifications

• Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or B2B sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously and maintain detailed records.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages, with proficiency in public speaking and phone etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, outbound sales, cold calling, and upselling techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is highly desirable.
