What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oil Change Technician position at Speed Lube 10-Minute Oil Change Shops Inc.?
Employee must have great customer service skills. Must be able to be punctual and dependable. There is no experience needed as we do all training on site. Our hours of operation are Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sat 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Full time position can range from 48-55 plus hours per week. All hours above 40 is paid time and a half. The part time position will range from 20-29 hours per week. Employees are paid weekly. After 90 days the employee becomes eligible for Health Insurance Benefits, which is currently 100% company paid NO CONTRIBUTION FROM EMPLOYEE. Along with Health Insurance we offer Vision and Dental insurances, paid-time-off, holiday pay, and employee discounts.
