Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Marketing Manager who will own brand, content, and growth marketing across both the consumer product and the B2B engine. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement. Key responsibilities include managing the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, producing and distributing content that positions Speed Labs as the category leader in real-time sports markets, running paid and organic acquisition campaigns for SpeedSurvivor, building co-marketing programs with media and sportsbook partners, and supporting product launches, partnership announcements, and investor-facing communications.
Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles, ideally at a consumer, fintech, or B2B technology company
- Proven track record of growing an audience or user base through a combination of content, social, and paid channels
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce original content across long-form, social, and email formats
- Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, or X) and interpreting performance data
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management platforms
- Strong visual sensibility and comfort collaborating with designers on creative execution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in sports, gaming, sports betting, prediction markets, or fintech is a strong plus
