What You'll Do:
- Empty waste bins and maintain clean common areas
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Operate floor scrubbers/sweeping machines
- Clean windows, dust surfaces, machines, and equipment
- Mix cleaning solutions per safety guidelines
- Vacuum, steam-clean, and shampoo carpets
- Move furniture/equipment using hand trucks
- Maintain building grounds: mow, trim, remove debris
- Handle snow/ice removal (shoveling, snow blower, de-icing)
- Set up/break down spaces for meetings and events
- Coordinate with pest control vendor as needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs)
- Valid driver's license required
- Must read, speak, and write in English
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes in warehouse areas
- Prior warehouse or janitorial experience preferred, not required
- Consistent daytime hours, no nights or weekends
