Window Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services for commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness, ensuring that all windows are spotless and well-maintained. The Window Cleaner will utilize various cleaning techniques and equipment, including scissor lifts, to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of windows on commercial buildings, ensuring a streak-free finish.
• Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows.
• Inspect windows for any damage or issues that require attention beyond cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks at heights.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and equipment, particularly scissor lifts, is highly desirable.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
