Job Summary
Speed Clean Car Wash is looking for an supervisor to help run our wash. We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing individual that loves working with people. The supervisor reports directly to the site manager and operates the store as the site manager two days per week when he is off. We have a fast paced and friendly environment where communication is key to the success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store operations. (Mainly running efficient labor)
- Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance and customer service.
- Open and close the store
- Help process cars with the rest of the staff to ensure a overall great product
Experience
- Previous experience as a manager or in a supervisory role within a retail environment is preferred.
- We also look for individuals with strong sales skills, high energy, and a good appearance.
