Speechology NWA is a growing private practice specializing in speech-language therapy, dyslexia intervention, literacy evaluations, and comprehensive speech and language evaluations. We are seeking a passionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Northwest Arkansas.

Position Details
- Full-time W-2 position
- Flexible scheduling options
- Primarily pediatric caseload
- Clinic-based services
- Opportunities to work with speech, language, literacy, dyslexia, AAC, and apraxia populations
- Collaborative team environment

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric speech, language, literacy, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete timely documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with families, schools, and other professionals
- Participate in team meetings and collaboration
- Maintain Arkansas licensure and professional standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Arkansas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
