Job Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, treatment, and individualized therapy plans for children with speech, language, fluency, articulation, and social communication disorders.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support each child’s communication development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and insurance guidelines.
- Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on how to carry over therapy strategies at home.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid SLP license in the state of NJ.
- CCC-SLP certification
- Experience working with pediatric populations required .
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals in a fun and engaging way.
